At Halatourist, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change and cancellations are necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on bookings made through our agency.

Package Tours:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of [12%].
Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Flight Bookings:

Refunds are subject to the airline's cancellation policy. Halatourist will charge a processing fee of [12%] for handling the cancellation.

Hotel Bookings:

Refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Halatourist will charge a processing fee of [12%] for handling the cancellation.

In the unlikely event that Halatourist has to cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided to the client. We will also offer alternatives where possible.

Certain services and products may be non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, special promotions, last-minute deals, and certain customized travel packages. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Info@Halatourist.com The refund will be processed within [10] business days of receipt of the request, provided that all relevant terms and conditions are met.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used for the initial booking.

Halatourist is not liable for any refunds in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Halatourist reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
